IS THERE A MONTHLY COST OR JUST A ONE-OFF PAYMENT? There's a small ongoing charge of £15 to cover network costs, notifications, and dashboard access, in addition to the one-off installation fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SENSOR LOSES SIGNAL OR STOPS WORKING? Your online dashboard will tell you when the last reading was taken , so a connectivity issue is never mistaken for a stable water level. All products come with a 12 month warranty.
